When are assessments due and how should I pay?
Assessments are due upon receipt of your quarterly invoice from Walsh and Associates, our fiscal agent. Dues can be paid quarterly (beginning January 1st) or annually upon receipt of the assessment invoice.
Current dues are $186 quarterly (as of January 1, 2025) or $744 annually..
CC&Rs is shorthand for Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions. The HOA’s CC&Rs represent a legally binding document to denote the obligations homeowners have to maintain their properties.
